Sharp belly pain when you sneeze or cough?

Hey guys, 10 weeks pregnant, do you guys ever suffer from sharp stabbing pain in lower belly when you sneeze/cough? Is it normal? I find myself rubbing and trying to hold the pot belly to stop the pain. It feels like it's gonna fall off!
