Is it raised, hot, swollen and super sore to the touch? If so it could be a staph infection, I had one on my upper inner thigh and I thought I was an ingrown hair or pimple but it kept getting bigger and there was a red rash around it that looked splotchy, keep and eye on it and maybe go to a dermatologist if it gets bigger or painful
