The keto diet is actually super unhealthy and can lead to a lot of health problems!! Please do as much research as you can on it and try to find an alternative diet 💓

It's super unhealthy. I'd definitely do some more research. A big mistake I see people making with the diet is not eating proper foods. For example, bacon dipped in queso is keto. It's terrible for you though. I would focus on overall healthy food and limiting bad carbs and starches rather than carbs overall.
