Nosebleeds and headaches?

I'm 18weeks pregnant, and more or less have quite a violent headache aleast every other day.. and have also had a few random nose bleed. Is this normal during pregnancy?, do I need to tell my gp? X

Yes headaches are normal you can take Tylenol its safe during pregnancy. I had a headache for almost 2 weeks it was horrible, only thing I I did differently was drink a lot of water I probably was drinking a whole gallon in a day , and your iron could be low too. Also if your stressed about anything could be a stress headache. Hope this helps.
