Using your dog as a heating pad
When my dog sleeps, he gets really hot. He gets so hot that I don't let him sleep in my room in the summer. I just realized that he works pretty well as a heating pad. My day 4 is usually when I get cramps and it's usually at night when I'm trying to go to sleep.
