question about getting sick

First can I take cough drops? )I can’t remember from my last pregnancy lol) Also I’m freaking out because I started coughing last night. I’ve been staying with my mom for the past two nights because my fiancé is really sick. (Doctor put him on z-pack). I’m 7 weeks and I’m so scared to get sick and have something happen to my baby
