Central Americans: Help! Crema for my food.
I just bought crema hondureña because I saw online that it was pasteurized. However, it turns out that what I saw was the Olancho brand, and not the one I bought, which is La Cremosita. All it says is “cultured cream”. Anyone have any clue if this one is safe to eat, or any crema centroamericana? I can’t reach their customer service. 😩 For what it’s worth, it’s distributed from Maryland but I don’t know where it’s actually produced.
