Recent diet changes!!

I started off slow-cut our pop and as much sweets/sugars as possible lol- i only drink water now. And now the last two weeks i have been meal prepping different chicken and veggies for lunch. I eat (small amount) red meat and veggies for dinner. Breakfast i eat eggs. I have yogurt for a snack throughout the day or a hard-boiled egg, or string cheese. Just something small in between meals. I haven’t conquered the whole “workout 3-5 times a week” thing yet lol. But i’m looking to lose 20-30 pounds before summer. Any recommendations on what else to help or any food recommendations?? What worked for you guys?? I’m overweight but i’m 22 and have gained weight the past 2 years when i moved in w my BF. I was always super skinny but we had bad food habits. Not trying to get back down to what i was before but I would like to get to around 150. 😬
