I have found that instead of doing diets, I simply do lifestyle changes. Diets are temporary, often miserable and can cause some upsets to where the dieter often gives up. By doing lifestyle changes, I create habits that are healthier and I establish a routine that gets followed daily. I keep a weight loss journal with stickers and motivational stickers, quotes and attitude. I don’t take aqua favorite foods, I either make them healthier or significantly reduce my intake on them. Snack options are more healthy. Healthy foods aren’t all bad tasting and you can use them in a variety of ways! Being healthy and shopping for healthy things doesn’t have to break the bank either!

Instead of counting calories or macros, I just log the foods I consume. I make healthier swaps and I exercise 3x a week and do yoga 3x a week. I’ve lost 60lbs in 3 months
