Bio Baby diapers

Has anyone tried these? We’re traveling to Mexico in a few weeks and the Walmart down there sells these so I’m wondering if they’re any good. My son has sensitive skin and can’t handle any fragrance or too many chemicals, but we still need something super absorbent.
