Pregnant after D&C??

I got a D&C (blighted ovum) on Nov. 22nd and got my period in dec. the last few days, I have been feeling off and I was supposed to start my period tomorrow but got this instead.. with all of that being said I would LOVE to have my rainbow baby but I’m scared to get my hopes up because could it be my HCG levels 8 weeks later?
