everything tastes like crap

my taste buds are all types of flubbed up. Between noon and 8pm, everything (including my saliva) tastes like pennies or bad morning breath. I’m getting enough zinc in my diet and prenatal but I swear idk how much longer I can take this. I’m 13.5 weeks but this just started around New Years. I can’t enjoy my favorite foods. I’ve tried candies and gum. It’s unbearable. Anyone else??
