Anybody had experience with stripping of membranes? My doc wanted to induce me, but I denied it.

I keep telling them my due date is wrong by a week, but they will not listen to me. (The date they are claiming I got pregnant was when I was on my period and my husband and I didn't have sex on or before my period.)

I have asked them to give me at least another week before we do anything and the only thing I may consider is stripping my membranes.

So I'm looking for any information and stories about membrane stripping you ladies can share with me!
