FTM mom and no idea what labor will feel like, and I’m not saying this is what it is, but is it normal to feel cramps like period cramps (but yet different) that also make you feel like you have to go to the bathroom? It has happened a few times today, all of a sudden I feel this pressure/pain in my pelvis, but they’re not debilitatingly painful. No increase in discharge, no bloody show or anything like that - I’m just nervous because I know I’m still early.

For some reason this is making me panic and I know that during the real deal I need to remain calm and idk how I’m going to do that!
