TMI constipation question

I know this is very tmi but I’ve been so constipated this pregnancy. Not to the point where I can’t go.. but to the point where it hurts so bad coming out.. like I’m bleeding when I wipe. Any thing I can do to prevent it? Pooping makes me nervous now.😩 I just wanna go without it hurting so bad and bleeding.
