Wait a couple more days and test first urine of the morning. Typically if you don't get a positive pregnancy test, you're not pregnant. I've missed my period a couple of times for other reasons eg ovarian cyst (not harmful, they tend to just pass your next cycle) or you randomly didn't ovulate that month. My dr told me not to come in for missed period with negative pregnancy test unless I've missed 2 cycles in a row or I have pain. But definitely test first urine of the morning in case your urine is just too diluted for early testing. Good luck!
