Premature labor with 2nd?

Hello mommies. I am not a 3rd time mom but I wanted some helpful experiences from those who have had more than 1 or 2 birthing experiences. My first son was born at 31 weeks and I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with my second. I am curious if any of you had a preemie with the 1st and the rest were also preemie or if you were able to carry full term with the second/third?  I am on the Makena shot to help reduce the chance but of course I still worry. Thank you in advance!

Had preterm labor issues with my first and second, both were born at 37 and 38 weeks though. My oldest I was in labor at 29 weeks and was 3cm dilated, and thankfully were able to stop it. My third was my longest Least Complicated pregnancy she went until 39 weeks and 4 days with almost zero contractions ahead of time. And I was nursing my second baby at the same time. Good luck hope baby stays in there as long as possible. Sorry for the novel and lack of punctuation I'm using talk to text.

My first and second were both born at 35 weeks due to my water breaking early. Although with my second I was also in the hospital on and off from 30 weeks due to contractions. 
With my third I started the shots at 16 weeks, had my last shot at 35 weeks and 5 days and baby came at 38 weeks 1 day due to water breaking again. I honestly believe it’s the shots that allowed me to make it that far! 
Have you been getting cervical checks? How do they look? My cervix was always short with my other two but on the shots it was like twice as long! 
Definitely ask your dr your chances of the shots working and anything else you are worried about but my advice is take it all with a grain of salt honestly. My dr told me all the time with my second that the chances of preterm labor due to my water spontaneously breaking early again was so low because women’s water only breaks in something like 15% of women and having it happen once has no affect on it happening again but guess what it did! And then the third time around I was told the same thing at like every appointment! But guess what, my water broke on it’s own all three times! I don’t care what statistics show anymore, I have decided the majority of pregnancy is all one big guessing game! Lol

My first was technically a preemie at 35w. 
My second was born early as well but made it to term at 37w. Water broke spontaneously both times. But we did not do shots with my second, he just made it a little longer on his own. 
Did they say why your first was born so early? That can have a lot to do with whether your second is born early as well

My first was 36 weeks and my second was 39 weeks and my third looks like it’s probrably going to be 36 weeks also! Preeclamptic with the first and third. Perfect pregnancy and labor with the second. Hope that helped. It probrably didn’t. I’m sorry.
