Ectopic pregnancy?

This morning at work I got a very bad pain in my groin on just the right side it hurts to touch l... I’m light headed and cold.. I’ve taken pregnancy tests and all negative my period is due today... is it possible to get a negative test but still have an ectopic pregnancy? 
Has anyone experienced this?

when u had my ectopic pregnancy, i still got positive pregnancy test. Since it is on your right side, i would be worried about it being your appendix but I am not a medical professional. The best advice I can give you is if you are in pain, either go to the DR or go to the er to get checked out.

I think ectopic pregnancy is a real strong subject to be assuming, especially if you havent had 109% confirmation from gp or hcg readings.
Your pain could be from trapped wind, cramps, anything really.
If you are concerned go to a drs, 
Googling symptoms or asking online won't be much reassure, 
Definitely seek medical input.

I had negitive test with my eptopic until 6 weeks I would get it checked out. If you catch it early they can stop it with meds. If not surgery and the possibility of loosing a tube is very real. No one believed me that I knew I was pregnant. I kept saying i know what i am feeling finally i got my doctor to do blood work and that confirmed my symptoms. I was treated that day and thankfully did not lose my tube.

If your tests are negative, I don’t think it’s ectopic.

Could be a kidney infection. Could be a kidney stone. Like everyone else said could be your appendix. If it’s severe severe pain go to the er & they will check it out. Better to be safe than sorry.
