Hi ladies!!

My hubby and I have been TTC our first child since October with no luck. (I am 31, he is 28)

I know it hasn’t been THAT long, but as you know, when you’re actively trying, every month feels like an eternity. Anyway, we can both stand to lose a few pounds and I know that weight loss can help with fertility, so we started the ketogenic diet on January 8th. I am down almost 10 lbs as of today so needless to say I am THRILLED so far! Just wondering if anyone else is doing keto while TTC or if it worked for you? I tried to find support groups on this app but it seems like they’re all kind of dead.. not a a lot of activity or posts for months at a time. It would be really nice to have a group of gals in the same boat as me that I can talk (or vent) to!!! 😂 Praying for a #ketobaby In 2019!!!👶🏼❤️🥗🥓🥑🥒🥩
