Yeah it's safe to use while pregnant as long as you are in a well ventilated area before I found out I was pregnant I had dyed my hair red but apparently being pregnant made me allergic to the red hair dye so I used color oops to get back to blonde and it worked really well for me I had to by 2 boxes to cover my whole head though and I only had to use it twice to get it where I needed it to be then later when I had the money I had a professional do a brown to blonde ombre but I really like the color oops it strips the color and doesn't really damage your hair
