I’m going crazy!

I started spotting on the 20th and it’s not enough to even soak through a panty liner but it hasn’t stopped yet AF is due in 5 days I just don’t know what to think. At first I was like maybe its implantation bleeding but now since it’s been 3 days idk what to think can anyone shed some light on the matter for me?
