At 22 week ultrasound, everything came back great, but baby had dilated kidneys and they wanted to redo ultrasound at 36 weeks to see if they resolve.

Fast forward to today, i am 36w6d, we just had our ultrasound, and baby still has dilated kidneys (he has a “small amount” of backed up urine in each kidney) and the volume has not gotten better or worse.

We meet with OB next Wednesday to discuss final results and plan of action (if any), but I’m curious if any other mamas have been through similar situations? I was told think can be fairly common in baby boys?
