Footling Breech at 39 weeks
I just had an ultrasound done because when my ob checked me yesterday she didn’t feel the head, she thought maybe it was the nose she was feeling. Turns out my baby is footling breech which means one foot is down and one foot is up. I’m just waiting on my on to call me when she gets the results. My friend who also had a breech baby said that footling breech is the most dangerous and can be dangerous if your water breaks. I’m slightly panicking because the thought of needing a csection and having a toddler at home as well. He’s a big baby and doesn’t have much room in there so I don’t think there’s any room for him to turn. Any advice for a csection or recovering with a busy toddler or any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. I’m 39.1 weeks today
