Kegels for kids?

I'm pregnant and downloaded an app to help remind me to do my kegels, was thinking kids would be curious about what you were doing, wondering if any mama's get their kids to participate as it would probably help with bladder control, or is it weird?

Why would your kids know you’re doing them? Leave those kids private parts alone....

What kind of Kegels are you doing? Normally you can just do them while you are sitting somewhere he’ll you can do them while you are driving. Unless you are grunting or doing something weird it’s not like anyone would know unless you told them... 😖😖😖

Ummmm no. A hypertonic pelvic floor is actually detrimental, and with kids it’s hard to assess whether they’re doing the movements properly or inadvertently causing damage. 
You could take them to a pelvic floor physiotherapist past a certain age if you had genuine concerns, ie they don’t get the natural urge to empty and just soil themselves all the time, but otherwise.. No.

It's good for everyone but probably unnecessary. It's just working out a muscle, same as if you has your kids doing arm curls or something.
