What do the baby's movements feel like at 17 weeks?

I'm 17 weeks 1 day and I think I'm finally starting to feel my little man move. 
But idk my mom said it feels like butterfly's and that's not how I could describe it. 
I want to feel him SO BAD! Lol 💙

Super early on you will feel butterflies. But around 17 weeks I felt more of the bubble popping feeling. And I knew it wasn’t gas because I felt it towards the front of my stomach rather than the ‘rear end’ lol and higher up. I wasn’t sure either but if you think it’s your little man than it probably is. You know your body better than anyone. It’s such an exhilarating experience!

I could never tell if I had gas or felt the baby. I was so gassy during pregnancy that it honestly could have gone either way.
