Any part time mom's out there? I have an opportunity at work to go from full time 40 hours to part time 20 hours (and can pick up hours when needed) . There are so many beneficial reasons to go part time but my husband is concerned with the decrease in pay and thinks it's not necessary to be part time since his parents live with us and can watch my 5 month old son. Give me some insight as to why/ how being part time is beneficial (or not beneficial) to you. Thanks!
