Heat exhaustion mistake 😭😭

G

I was so proud of myself for running 3km today. In a bid to lose weight from 3 years of chronic illness. But I’m fairly sure I’ve caused myself heat exhaustion.

It was 38 degrees when I went running (100.4 Fahrenheit).

This was like 3 hours ago that I went running. My skin is still hot and flush red. I literally have had an icepack on my face, neck and head & drinking cold water, but it hasn’t helped. I’ve now hopped into a cold bath. Massive headache and I have had chills since I got home from the run. I’m so damn lightheaded.

Is there anything extra I can do to feel a bit better?
