pulling pain in my ovarie 10 dpo. Help

I have a pulling pain in my right ovarie since yesterday and i am now 10 dpo. It also stretches out into my right leg and a tiny bit behind my back 🤯

Could this be a sign that i might be pregnant?! I have no tests at home right now and i am terrified of testing before missed period because i get so sad when it’s a BFN. Have anyone experinced this and was it because of an early pregnancy?? 🤗🌸
