I bd 4 days during my estimated fertile period including the day of my supposed ovulation and also bd the week before that because another app predicted my fertile days a week earlier than glow so I wanted to maximize my chances. Really hope it worked this time. I've drastically changed my diet and have also increased my honey intake. Part of the change includes a glass of almond milk with cinammon every morning and a 1/2 tsp of royal jelly. (Royal jelly is literally the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted but I really want a baby so...)
