How to get rid of bags?

Does anyone know how to get rid of bags or dark circles under the eyes? they look swole but they’re always there and i don’t know how to make it go away or just make them not show as much?

Ironically enough a little hemorrhoid cream helps with swelling.

Drink more water, get more sleep, if you have allergies then treat them. I get horrible bags under my eyes when my allergens are irritating me. Used to have to take Claritin and it helped.
