During hospital stay

So my last baby little over 2 years ago I had a planned c section and will be having another planned c section and we are wanting to not be smothered like we were last time. I mean I had a room full of people and I'm coming down from anesthesia. We are wanting more time to have just my husband and I and baby. What are some of you mom's planning on doing for hospital visiting ?
