Can I eat fish?

Sooo I’m really craving fish. I want some so bad but I was told I can’t eat any. Is that true?

Oily fish are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are super important for your baby’s neural development.  There are so many benefits to getting a couple of servings of oily fish a week. 
The thing to watch for is mercury, which is BAD for baby’s brain, and it tends to be more concentrated in predator fish that eat smaller fish and store their prey’s mercury in their bodies. 
The magical super-healthy combination is a fish that is oily and low-mercury, like salmon or sardines. Things like shrimp and other shellfish don’t have much omega-3s since they’re not oily, but they’re also low-mercury, so they’re just fine. The bad fish are shark, mackerel, tuna, grouper, etc. Avoid those.

You poor thing there's a lot of conflicting advice below. I'm in the "eat lots of oily fish like salmon and sardines" camp. There's not that much vitamin  A in fish oily or otherwise. 
You might be more comfortable checking on what types with your dr as they'll have advice that matches your countries standards - but basically yes you can have fish 😁
