Anyone given birth while sick?

I'm being induced in 4 days and I'm sick with a chest cold 😔😔😭

I haven't but from what I remember of labor, the cold is probably going to feel much less obvious when it starts.

I had a cesection when I was super sick. I went to urgent care because I couldn’t get into my OB before delivery and they pretty much laughed at me and refused to give me antibiotics. The NP even went to the receptionist talking crap about me when she thought I had left the waiting room already. 2 days later, I ended up on 3 different IV antibiotics after my cesarean because of how sick I was and I ended up staying in the hospital longer.

I gave birth with onset pneumonia 🙃 But we didn’t know that till after the forcep delivery. Not fun. Xx
