Help! First pregnancy, did I pass my mucus plug?

Just left dr office 15 mins ago, 1/2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. Will be 39 wks Saturday.

Doesn’t look like it to me. My plug was thick round like a wine cork and long. You could be losing pieces. But it can regenerate. I went into labor 10 days after losing the whole plug

Part of it, but it continues to be produced by the body as a way to keep germs out! It’s a good sign of dilation and effacement though!
