Maternity leave
Hi guys, when did you all start your maternity leave?
I originally said to my employer I was leaving at 35 weeks but I’m 31 this week and I just don’t think I can carry on any longer! My hip keeps seizing up and get sciatica pains constantly as I’m on my feet for 12 hours a day on a busy hospital ward ☹️ I’ve had to leave early today as I just couldn’t look after my patients anymore as I could barely walk. 😢
