Is there any way to make this less... awful looking. 
I had a d&c Monday 
And I go back to work soon and I don’t want to have all my customers asking about it.

Can you wear long sleeves or three quarter sleeves? I'm not sure how else. You can pur some makeup on it. If anyone asks you can always say you has bloodwork done

There is a cream called hirudoid/lasonil. It will help speed up the break down of red blood cells in the bruise.

Sorry for your loss. I think they say to massage a bruise counter clockwise. Something about breaking up the clots and getting fresh blood flowing

I don’t know how soon is soon but you could use make up.  Ice it? Or for more like you have a few days you could take some iron, I think it’s iron that helps with bruising:
