10 weeks and couldn’t hear the heartbeat

So I was wondering if anyone else experienced this? Im 10 wks and 2 days I went to my appointment and they couldn’t find the heartbeat. She think my uterus is tilted. But just said come back in three week to try again. I worry a lot and I’ve been told different things from different people.
