Plateauing
Hello Ladies!
I’m in a bit of a stand still with my weight loss! Don’t seem to know my issue!
I’ve dropped 15lbs in a month and a half, & now the scale hasn’t gone down in 2 weeks! Nor has it really gone up, which I’m happy about.
Not quite sure what’s going on and how to change this. I have a total of 45 more pounds to lose!
Any tips and tricks on how to fix this plateau!
