Broken body?😂
Hi everyone! So I’m 22+4 and have been overweight since before pregnancy (was 256 at start, am now 222)
Before pregnancy i wasn’t active- but i could walk long distances perfectly fine, could run, could be 100% active.
Now that I’ve been stuck in bed all pregnancy (have been getting too lightheaded to be active and had such bad nausea)
I feel like all the muscles and bones in my body are broken.
I can barely walk across a Home Depot without holding my back and feeling like I’m going to collapse due to sore muscles and muscle weakness. My stomach has been really sore recently so my doctor recommended a belly band, but i was wondering if there’s anything i can do to get back to being able to walk properly!
I feel clanky when i walk like my one leg is higher than the other and i waddle😂🤦🏼♀️ any suggestions would be amazing!
