I start work at Walmart soon, I will be working nights 10pm-7am, not sure what days yet.

This is my first job so I’ve never had to really have a baby sitter before so I’m not sure how much they should be paid.

I will have him fed, bathed, dressed for bed waaay before I leave, his bedtime is 6:30pm so really all the person will be doing is watching him while he sleeps.😂

Oh and helping him to the bathroom as he is potty training, he knows how to go and everything he just needs assistance getting his undies off and help getting on the potty.

I will be providing food/snacks just Incase he wakes up hungry.

And I’ll more than likely be the one picking him up and dropping him off from whoever is watching him.
