On Tuesday I was almost 4 cm and 80% and baby’s head was really low. I’ve had contractions for a while but they don’t stay regular.

I’ve had so much pressure in my bladder it is very painful in the front and in the back. I also get cramps and back pain that feels like it’s inside like I do with contractions but I can’t tell. Has anyone else had this much pressure and what did you do for it?
