Ugggh

My 1 month old broke out in a rash, was eating,peeing normally but the rash scared me so i brought her into the hospital they said she has a respiratory infection is this serious? Or is she gonna be fine has any mommy gone through this with their babies? How easy is it to turn into rsv?and if she got rsv would i definitely know?
