First nose bleed!?

So I’ve never had a bloody nose in my life and I’m currently having one. Is this normal in pregnancy? It’s literally dripping everywhere

I had a nose bleed around the time I got my bfp. That was the first and only time it’s happened to me.

Ive been having a few nosebleeds and my OB said as long as your blood pressure is normal that symptom is normal bc of the time of year. It could also be bc of cold air or dry heat, she suggested saline nose spray or a vaporizer just to get some more moisture in the air
