When Is The Best Time To Get A 3D Ultrasound?

I’m trying to figure out when I should get my 3D ultrasound...I want a good clear picture and don’t want the baby to be too squished and want a good photo of his face (fully developed) close to his due date. *Can I see everyone’s good 3D ultrasounds and when you got them done??* I’m 22 weeks now and was thinking about getting it done at like 30-33 weeks pregnant.

30 weeks here he was born 3 weeks and a half later.

We got one at 34 weeks and the pictures were ok... not the best, his little face was pretty squished! I'd say 30-32 weeks would be ideal!

My doctor recommends between 28-32 weeks.

My best friend got hers done at 31 weeks and you could see her features very well. Of course I’m sure it all depends on the size of the baby and the position it’s in.

I had one at 18 weeks and it was a bit early but not bad, had another at 35 weeks and he was too big by then and too low to get a good image of the whole face. 
My SIL had one at 27 weeks and got great shots of the face.
