Just throwing it out there
Alright if I find that I am not pregnant this month (fingers crossed that I am tho🤞🏼) I am going into fitness mode. You guys, we have plenty of time until summer.
Even if you had your mind set on January to start your fitness journey, and it didn’t go as planned... we literally don’t need a new year to change
Yeah like right now.
I know Im ready.. The seeds we plant today is what we will harvest months from now, or whatever the hell that motivational quote is
We don’t need fad diets, we don’t need to starve
We just need to be mindful, eat when we’re hungry, stop when we’re full, keep it healthy, move our bodies, and just trust the process. It’s all about creating habits. Ive been there, THAT mindset, then life stuff happened and i fell off the wagon. It’s all good. 😌 I’m gonna hop back on and thank myself later. Let’s do this to feel good on the inside and outside.
