Natural birth stories & tips ? 🙂

I really want to have a natural birth & I was wondering if I can get a little insight on other women’s experiences & what kind of tips & advice you guys can give me to better prepare myself. Would you do it again? What are the pro’s & con’s?

I had two natural births not by choice exactly tho lol.
My first I did ask for an epidural but by time my bloods got sent off I was buzzing to push and my baby was born without any medication or pain relief. I just breathed through each contraction and counted to 20 in my head. I did have a third degree tear but I was able to walk around as soon as I was stitched up.
My second they didn’t believe I was in labour and I just breathed through them like I did with my first as they wouldn’t check me out. I buzzed for pain meds and they came to check me yet again I was ready to push. My baby was again born with no pain meds. I also had no
Tear or anything and I legit got up after I was checked over and went for a bath lol.

My had a natural birth and I think I was able to do it most by just focusing on getting through one contraction at a time. I kept thinking in my head things like, “I can do anything for 1 minute.” I did not focus on all the other “1 minutes” I had already gone through or still had yet to go through.

Okay I know this is for already existing mamas BUT I learned of the two non-medicated methods to deal with pain. TENS machine and sterile water injections.
There’s also hypnobirthing, water birth, aromatherapy, music...
Research these :) I’ll be using at least one of these methods during labour

Take a prepared childbirth class and really pay attention to the pain management techniques.  Breathing, focal points, affirmations.  But the most important thing is a supportive partner or labor coach (not necessarily a professional). 
I labored in the tub at home, and then spent a lot of time in the shower at the hospital.  Look up "labor double hip squeeze" on YouTube...that was seriously amazing.
