Staying the same weight throughout pregnancy
Happy Saturday ladies! At my 15 week visit my OB told me she was totally fine with me exchanging body fat for baby weight as the pregnancy progresses. My BMI is roughly 29, she said she would be just fine with me delivering around my current weight. Have any of you ladies successfully done this with your pregnancies? If so, how have you done it? I've been doing about 30-45 min of cardio on my treadmill and some weights 4 days per week. Any tips, tricks or suggested eating plans are much appreciated.
