We found out we’re expecting a boy. I had my heart set on a girl, so although I was half expecting it, I’m hugely disappointed.

If anyone has got any advice on how to deal with gender disappointment, please feel free to share. And I’d appreciate no nasty comments - I can’t flip a switch and change how I feel so saying “as long as it’s healthy it doesn’t matter” isn’t helpful.
