So today I went and got my helix and rook on my left ear pierced. It’s been 8 hours and obviously, they’re a little sore but nothing I need pain killers for. My issue is, I’ve got slight ear ache. Would it be caused by the piercing(s)? Or just a back lash from the impact of having the piercings done? They’re not my first piercings but they are my first upper ear piercings.. I currently have 2 studs in each lobe. All my other piercings are on my face or body so it’s a completely new feeling and experience for me. Any advice would be great
