I usually have back pains because I have alittle bit of back problems but yesterday I had lower back pain on my left side only and then it went away after I rested for a bit.

later on at night as I was cooking dinner I started having lower back pain again on both sides and I started feeling like I had fever and had chills (I didn’t have a thermometer but it felt like a fever) so I just cuddled up in bed and it went away after like an hour.i then went to the store and got a thermometer once it had passed and i had a normal temperature,rest of the night I was fine aswell,today so far nothing.Im 6 weeks,should I be concerned? Help!
